Good Time Seniors Plan Luncheon Nov. 15

The next Good Time Seniors luncheon is at noon Nov. 15 at Temple Terrace United Methodist Church, 5030 E. Busch Blvd. The Sugar Time Singers, a local community chorus, will perform. Reservations are due by Nov. 12 by calling the church office at (813) 988-4141 or Jessie Strain at (813) 631-0261.

Happy Birthday

Happy birthday to Dot Chaffin who has been in Milwaukee visiting with her daughter, Pam.

Ernestine Woodard, formally of Temple Terrace and living in John Knox Village, celebrated her birthday with a party held at Keven and Kim Woodard's home in Temple Terrace.

Pecan Sale
Temple Terrace United Methodist Women are taking orders for pecans. Proceeds from the sale of the pecans will benefit various missions supported by the group. The cost is $7 per 1-pound bag or $35 for a 5-pound box. The deadline for orders is Nov. 4.

Pecans will be available for pickup from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Nov. 10 and from 9 a.m. to noon Nov. 12 at Temple Terrace United Methodist Church, 5030 E Busch Blvd., Building 300, Room 33.

Obituaries
Danny Edwards of Temple Terrace died Oct. 4. He moved to this area from Ada, Okla., several years ago. He is survived by a daughter, Dana Rae Edwards.
Craig Sims of Temple Terrace died Oct. 5. He is survived by his wife, Elvira, and three daughters, among other relatives.
Paul Edwards Givens of Temple Terrace died at his home Oct. 13, 2007. He was the associate dean of outreach at the University of South Florida. He is survived by a large family.
