TEMPLE TERRACE - Ladondi Norris, a junior at Hillsborough High School, was recognized this month by the Temple Terrace Police Department with its Do the Right Thing Award.

There were several witnesses, but only Norris reported the attack to the school's resource officer, although at that time he didn't know the attacker's name. When he learned the suspect's name, he reported that, and the suspect was arrested
Norris was not a friend of the victim but said he just didn't like what he saw.
The Do the Right Thing Award is given each month to a student in a Temple Terrace school or from Temple Terrace who shows good citizenship and helps other.
