Woman Charged With Abuse Of Disabled Woman

Teresa McCullogh pushed a 60-year-old mentally disabled woman over a chair Sunday afternoon, causing her to land on her head, Hillsborough County deputies say.
Deputies arrested McCullogh, 32, of Tampa, on Sunday afternoon.
While inside a patrol vehicle, McCullogh lied on her back and kicked the rear driver's side area, causing the window to fall off track, an arrest report states.
She was charged with abuse of a disabled person, battery and criminal mischief -- more than $1,000.
McCullogh remained in Orient Road Jail today. Her bail was set at $4,500.
