TEMPLE TERRACE - Vlass Temple Terrace LLC, developer for the city's downtown redevelopment project, plans to unveil its first phase plans at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Lightfoot Recreation Center, 10901 N. 56th St.
The presentation will consist of outlines by its building and landscape architects, Main Street conceptual renderings and results of the project's elevation studies. Presenters will also answer questions.
In the meantime, City Manager Kim Leinbach continues to accept residents' comments about the city and what type of architecture, shops, restaurants and landscaping they prefer in the redevelopment area south of Bullard Parkway on 56th Street. His e-mail address is kleinbach@templeterrace.com.
