Zoo features creatures

Celebrate World Animal Day at Lowry Park Zoo on Saturday. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., National Geographic Kids and Fisher-Price join the zoo for a day of family activities, including music and games, arts and crafts, animal enrichments, prizes and more.
In addition, a National Geographic photographer will lead a photography workshop for ages 3 to 8. Participants will test a Fisher-Price camera on a photo safari around the zoo, 1101 W. Sligh Ave.
