Body, Mind and Spirit Expo, a traveling treasure trove of information and products that promote health and wellness, will visit the Charles M. Davis Special Events Center at the Florida State Fairgrounds from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Guests can visit nearly 60 holistic exhibitors, participate in some of 40 seminars and experience the healing powers of crystals, aromatherapy, health products, specialty clothing and jewelry available for purchase. Admission is $8 per person for both days and free for ages 10 and younger. Coupons worth $2 toward the admission fee are available at www.bmse.net. Parking is $5 for cars and $10 for for RVs and buses. Visitors are asked to enter the fairgrounds via the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard entrance. Call (813) 621-7821 or go to www.bmse.net.
