A 71-year-old woman suffered minor smoke inhalation when her home caught fire this afternoon because an electric space heater was placed too close to the bed, Tampa Fire Rescue said. Ethel Ellison, of 3207 N. Nebraska Ave., was able to get out of her home safely and was treated at the scene. The 5:20 p.m. fire was under control in about 15 minutes.
