TAMPA - Police closed the Brorein Street bridge downtown for about 40 minutes today while searching for a suspected burglar hiding beneath it. The bridge was reopened about 11:23 a.m. after searchers found Donald Roberts, 41, hiding among the machinery that raises and lowers the bridge. ...more
