Can you help solve a mystery? For me it concerns Lakeview Drive, from Jackson Heights Road to Veterans Beach. A couple months after that sidewalk was built, a number of side squares had to be replaced. A few weeks before Hurricane Charley arrived, I walked and counted 47 squares broken. After the third hurricane left I walked and counted 93 broken squares. I didn't know that a hurricane could break sidewalks. ...more
